It's been a good start to 2015 and even though I'm busy working at the studio, I always make time to spend with the family. 

Earlier this month my 5 year old daughter competed in only her second karate tournament.  She's been training karate for 7 months, but this was her first time competing in kumite (sparring). Here she is finishing one of her combinations; I'm such a proud mama!
